At Britain’s Got Tiles, we pride ourselves on offering a nationwide delivery service that is FREE for all orders delivered within mainland UK that are over £200. We partner with a reputable courier to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Dispatch and Delivery Times:
Typically, orders are dispatched within seven working days. However, delivery times may vary for special orders, large-format tiles, slabs, bathware, or sizeable orders that require specialist off-load vehicles. We will arrange a specific delivery date to suit you.

Delivery Hours:
Deliveries usually occur between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. If you require a specific morning, afternoon, or timed delivery (if available), please note that an additional charge will apply.

Delivery Conditions:
Your order will be packed in wooden crates or onto pallets and delivered by a large lorry. It’s essential to inform us of any restricted access details (e.g., overhanging trees, steep gradients, or gravel driveways) before placing your order. The delivery driver will place the consignment at the nearest, safely accessible point to your property, which may be on your drive or at the kerbside.

Important Delivery Notes:
The delivery driver cannot assist in handling the goods, so please ensure someone is available to accept, sign for, and safely store the goods. Unfortunately, the driver cannot unpack or move the products from the delivery point. Orders are shrink-wrapped for protection, but it’s crucial to move materials undercover as soon as possible and store ancillary products in dry conditions to prevent damage from frost or rain.

Inspection and Handling:
Please examine all orders upon delivery and note any shortages, damages, or discrepancies on the delivery note. Report these within the specified time period outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Some deliveries may include extra or broken tiles used for bracing; these will be noted on your delivery note.

When unpacking tiles, please take care to remove spacers and banding before lifting. Tiles should be stacked and stored vertically (on edge) but not directly on a hard surface to avoid damage. Ensure you have adequate labour on site to unpack and store the goods safely.
